  • 1/7 - Speakerdog Series 6

This lovely design couple put the call out on twitter a few months back, asking for illustrators for their latest series of speakerdogs, small cardboard cutout for any vinyl or custom toy fan. I went with a simple face design, however if I had more time I would have liked to have done it over.
  • 2/7 - SemiPermanent Book

My submission for the Design Is Kinky Community. For this I created a theme based sink or swim, and set about creating characters for both scenarios. I also made two silly pieces and a title piece. Only one piece was chosen, but I think it was my favourite!
  • 3/7 - Numbers Glasgow Flyer

Quite a straightforward one this. My good friend Adam of Remote-Location asked me to create him a Joker character for his Numbers club night with a dj of the same name. Did him a half real/half tent character. Everyone happy.
  • 4/7 - Numbers Tokyo Flyer / Vice Magazine Illustration

I've enjoyed trying to create my own style of skull since started illustrating. When my friend Adam asked me to create some halloween characters for part of club night's Tokyo based halloween night I was really excited, and knew straight away I was going to skull it up. The added bonus was it was featured in Vice Magazine!
  • 5/7 - mr mr logo and Bear Tits t-shirts

A really big thing for me. On top of wanting to design skateboards, another dream of mine was to design my own range of t-shirts. Which in 2008 I did just that. Now that I have done a first batch, I will be resurrecting this project with more designs in the near future.
  • 6/7 - Europe By Designers Illustration

A competition to design or illustrate what it felt like to be part of Europe. As with many of my submissions, I took a character approach to see what I could come up with. The result was two physical manifestations of Britain and Europe respectively.
  • 7/7 - Rojo 5th Anniversary Book

This was very early on in my illustration life. It was also my first book piece. It also just happened to be Rojo Magazine's 5th Anniversary! I have to say I was very excited to be part of it. Quite unexpected.
